TrackTool™ Refund Policy
If you cancel within 14 days after your Free Trial, then you will be issued a full refund, which will cancel your account. Should you cancel, then you will be deleted out of the system, including any and all information that you have put into the system. This information will not be able to be retrieved.
Except for the above, given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit. SaaS products and other digital products are not legally required to have a Return and Refund Policy. Once the Set-Up process is complete, whether the product has been used or not. No Refunds. You may cancel at any time, but you won’t be issued a refund unless it’s legally required. Your monthly charge will not be prorated, but if you want to cancel, it will be cancelled at the end of the month. This means that you will have use of the system until the end of the month that it is cancelled if there was a charge for that month. If you are on a yearly plan, then your cancellation will be prorated for that month. This means that if you cancel 3 months into your yearly plan, you will be prorated for those 3 months and be refunded the difference at the regular monthly amount for the full year.
All of your information will be kept for 60 days after cancellation. Should you want to reinstate your account within the 60 days, then you will not have to pay a Set-Up fee again. If, after 60 days you want to reinstate your system, you will have to pay whatever the set-up fee is at that time as well as the monthly or yearly plan. You will not be able to go back to what you were paying if that plan is no longer available.
